Case Study - The Ely Boardroom

Presto Web Design Case Study

The Ely Boardroom is a new meeting, training and event venue in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Its design features an open, airy feeling room, high quality furniture and technical facilities with a focus on productivity and positivity. Presto were commissioned to provide a simple but effective website for the new facility on a tight budget and short time frame.

Working with MD Graham Brown, Presto spent time to understand the locality, potential customer base and key benefits the Boardroom offered. We then designed a fresh looking website which remained easy to navigate while offering a wealth of detailed information about the venue, it’s facilities and locality.

Although a simple site design, the Ely boardroom website was developed with a full CMS (Content Management System) in order for the venues staff to easily update any site information. Additional SEO (Search Engine Optimization) work has kept the Boardroom in the eye of local businesses.

The design launched in March 2011 along side a modest local advertising campaign. The Boardroom has now become a well-known event hub in the local business community and a valuable asset to its owners.
