The March to 'Enshitification' - Article for Connected Home

We love technology but the truth is this - it's not always a 'win' for the user. All too often we're finding tech deployed in places where it makes simple tasks more complicated, processes slower or is simply designed to exploit users.

In a recent article for Connect Home magazine Presto owner Geoff Meads explains a new term in the tech dictionary that describes this very worrying phenomena - 'enshitification'.
