UK-CMA Country Music Website

Project story

Formed in early 2025, the UK-CMA is a new organisation representing the interests of country musicians based in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Presto's managing director - Geoff Meads, is one of four directors of the UK-CMA, his position being a volunteer role. A part of the creation of the UK-CMA, Geoff agreed to build their website on a pro-bono basis in the hope that it would help all members of the UK country music community.

It was important that the website not only met the needs of the new organisation at launch, but also that it was built in such a way that it could be easily expanded in future. One such expansion was the addition of a login area for members in October 2025. This included two new but essential assets - a members directory (where members can self-manage their own listing) and a venue database of music venues and their facilities.

The website has met with immediate praise from UK-CMA members and fellow country music fans alike, and promises to be a highly valuable resource for the organisation and it's members.
