Presto made the entire process reassuringly straightforward and pain-free, something we particularly appreciated after some very different experiences during our 25 years in business. This was our second time working with Presto, having previously used them for another business, so we already knew we were in excellent hands. Even so, Geoff took the time to understand our business, our concerns and what we wanted to achieve. Geoff personally ensured that we understood every stage of the process, offering clear guidance whenever we were unsure, and keeping us fully up to date with regular, helpful progress reports. On a personal level, it was always a pleasure to pick up the phone to Geoff for a chat or catch-up, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Our expectations were already high, based on our previous experience, but Presto somehow managed to surpass even the exceptional standards they had set the first time.
